FreeCV.co is a 100% free resume and cover-letter builder. There is no paid tier. We do not guarantee any employment outcome from using the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account, consistent with our children's privacy statement.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or automate access outside normal use, reverse engineer the service, upload illegal or infringing content into resumes, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or abuse the contact, review, or newsletter forms.
6. User content ownership & license
You own your resume content. By using the service you grant FreeCV.co a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you as needed to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose — not for training data, not for marketing, and never for resale.
7. Intellectual property
FreeCV.co's templates, code, design, and branding are protected. Using the service does not grant you rights to our intellectual property beyond generating your own personal resume.
8. Third-party links and advertising
The site displays third-party ads. We do not control or endorse advertiser content or external links.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of any employment outcome. See our Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeCV.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify FreeCV.co against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time.
13. Governing law / dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
